Just for information the crusades were simple acts of self defense. Nothing else than to restore the pathway to the hollyland from the occupation of the Muslims. All the rest are pure lies.

Even more interesting, those areas were either Christian (North Africa, Near East, Asia Minor...), Zoroasterian (Iran) or Hindu-Buddhist (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia...). Now, how well are those minorities being treated there?
There are countries that are populated by Islam, but I dont think that there is a nation we can call a 'muslim land'. C'mon, the crusades were long gone and a land can't simply be entitled to a single religion. Anyway, I do get what you mean, but this is a conflict between cultures and have no legal restrictions. It's not a written law.
That's not how Muslims view it. Once a country becomes Muslim-majority, non-Muslims become dhimmi - second-class citizens with lesser rights that they have to maintain by paying jizya. Even if they were natives of that country and just happen to be non-Muslim.
That was one reason the Spanish went ape-shit with the Inquisition. The hate was huge enough for them to try to root out all Muslims (and Jews which they saw as conspirators) out Spain. Aside from Iberia, I don't remember any region that was invaded by Muslims and were able to push out the invaders.
