If they replied then they seen it but if not then they don't. You slipped that chance when they seen your mail but infortunately you forgot to attach your email so all you got to do is to wait.

Mine was stolen, too, about a week ago. Hero account as well. I think it may be a goner, because I never did put my address in anything other than the tag line which has now been changed thanks to the thief.
