Do not worry about this member, he has already received his coins. We think that he made a new MEW address to get free tokens.
Here is the link to this members original post on the forum and upon checking the MEW address, it shows that this member has received their tokens 3 days ago.

Anyone can type the MEW address and see that we have already sent out the tokens.
I would not go as far as thawrye on October 28, 2017 "ABI18 IS SCAM, I SENT COIN TO HIM ON 24-OCT AND PM HIM SO MANY TIMES. I HAVEV'NT RECEIVED ANY THING" yet!
However I have pinged, emailed and posted numerous time with no response. I sent my coins on 10/24 and all I want is some kind of confirmation that my request and coins were received and that I will be getting my coins soon.
