We can't say 'soon' because that would imply that we'll see the 10k in the next couple of weeks/months. More like in 2018 is when I believe we're going to reach that goal.

The price will keep going up, the only problem is that in mid-november (couple of weeks from now) we could see a dip in the price due to the hard fork, or a correction/pullback due to the sudden surge in the price in the last few days, that will put a stop to this 'ATH every week' at least for a few days, hopefully after all of that, the price will continue its course to the sky.
Obviously, this is just speculation, one of many outcomes that could show up with the upcoming hardfork.
