Bitcoin ATMs and hubs have been shut down due to govt restrictions in the past, what makes you so confident? Have the regulations changed?
In the United States Bitcoin ATMs are allowed as long as they are capable of AML/KYC verification and other means of compliance depending on the jurisdiction (early machines were not all able to do this). There are about 1,000 ATMs in operation in the US today out of a little over 1600 worldwide.
