yes I confirmed that JayT took my 100 USD paypal as gift payment and then on Nov 01 2017 they private message and offer refund and till now they never replied and keep silent
they just want scam OR may be they reply soon
anyways I send gift payment from paypal balance and NOT easily possible any refund paypal
