Interesting question! Because I did not pay to have it, I wouldn't be afraid to lose it so probably I would not sell it. It would be a spiritual value for being a gift 
Thats true, Usually we are buying to have it or working very hard in exchange of btc and if someone gave you 1 btc for free its like you win in a lottery. We know the value of it is too expensive and its a good capital for trading or business. I will use it carefully for investment and make sure that it will grow in time and if that happens i will give back to that person who is generous enough to give me a worthy gift.
