42 coins are needed as a stake for nodes. 1000 nodes will lock 42000 coins immediately. Right now we have 205300 coins on Bittrex orders.

When nodes becomes profitable after testing, they will become more interesting, and number of nodes will increase significantly.

With greater demand, price will increase this is basic rule of market.

Really good thing is that 42 coins are cheap in comparison with other master nodes which require at least couple of thousands of dollars for a start if not more.
