I recently had to do a factory reset on my phone, and subsequently I lost all the previous GOOGLE AUTH codes including Blockchain.
I requested to remove the 2 step verification on my account, confirmation email has been received.
I clicked 'Approve Request' button from received email, and it confirmed, but they continually asking my GOOGLE AUTH code when I log in.
Can anyone help me with this???
I'm afraid there is nothing much that could be done since blockchain.info does all the authentication on the client side and no data is stored on the back-end.However have you tried contacting their service support ? They are most active on facebook,check with them.Also google auth should be able to get your stuff back if it is a cold reset unless you have flashed your ROM.I requested to remove the 2 step verification on my account, confirmation email has been received.
