This seem to be just another ICO with an overhyped development team. Lots of people seem to be getting in here "because Walt Disney's ICO", where if you look at the matter closely it's really just an ex-Disney employee who decided to do his coin. I'll give it a pass.
This is only partially true because Dragonchain was originally developed at Disney's Seattle office between 2015 and 2016 under the name "Disney Private Blockchain Platform". So it was really a Disney project and many other ICOs do not even have this proof of reliability.
