the 'Register' form is broken. I signed up and said 'something went wrong' and didn't register me, but now my email address is 'used' when trying to login to check.

Something seems phishy here

edit: No registration email. Password reset sent an email to my address, but resetting a password did nothing. Logging in again still says 'account does not match our credentials' like its a purposeful error. either broken, severely lagged, or phishy.
