I think it'll not fall because of the upcoming segwit. I believe in Bitcoin all the time ). As everyone know at the hardfork on 1st August it was a big move for Bitcoin price when it increased very quickly from 2k$ to over 4k$ right after the hardfork so I think it'll be them same at this time and Bitcoin price will keep increasing after the upcoming hardfork on this month
