Before Visio Coin project startup, we have contacted many companies, representing our idea to them. Tesla was one of those, who liked our idea, so we had an online meeting where we showed them our API, explained our ideas + functions of Visio Chain. We came to an agreement on cooperation on future project under few circumstances. One of them is to reach an minimum amount, which was set as our Soft Cap, other circumstances will stay hidden from public. We have also recieved right to use name Tesla for our promotion materials which should help to accomplish our goals and raise at least Soft Cap needed for launch.
