It could be a a false positive but just to make sure try scanning it online first, or maybe there's a way you could verify the checksum?
This notification is worthless if you don't provide the hash for the file in question. I just checked 0.13.3 with SHA256 of 41cfeaeefe6092d2a1b1c4812b74d126c9aa75a4f2f1937106d1d56ee3a34f40 and it comes back clean, even with Dr. Web.
Check the VirusTotal report:
