What's the address you sent too? Most likely, the coins aren't lost, you just can't see them if you're wallet isn't in sync yet.. really easy to check the block explorer to confirm if there is a transaction to the address you sent too...
I sent my colx from Nova Exchange to the wallet that I downloaded from your main website. I never received my colx. It only said that it was not in synch. So I decided to look up on your main page and saw this guide to synch my wallet. I follow your guide but nothing happened. I don't get it why do I have to follow more instructions just to fix a wallet that should already be running from your main website. I was really looking forward to colx but this experience has left me very disappointed. I invest over $600 in CV2's than I swapped it for colx. But now I'm left with nothing I have lost all my money because your wallet was not working correctly. Please help me in resolving this. I still have backups of the wallets that I deleted in my recycle bin. Is there any way I can get my colx back?
