You have the following scheduled matches:
Arsenal - ManCity
ManU - Chelsea
A fantasy bet (market) would be:
Arsenal - Chelsea 1X2
This markets gets settled according to the goals Arsenal and Chelsea score in their respective matches.
Lets say we have the following results:
Arsenal - ManCity 1-2
Manu - Chelsea 3-2
Result of the fantasy bet would be:
Arsenal - Chelsea 1-2, so Chelsea to win would be the winning bet here.

It could also be, that Fantasy Betting means, that you can bet on Fantasy Sports, don't know
