No regulations for scammy ICO's, that are grabbing  millions and delivering nothing, no regulations for obvious crypto ponzi scams, no regulations for non stop, scammy bitcoin forks that are designed only to enrich their creators. That bitconnect motherfuckers, will run away with hundreds of million dollars and it will be really hard to catch them.
