have only meant that you set high standards to other users.
Isn't that good? What do you want? Accepting shitposters rather than those who are far more deserving?
1. "Yes" won't be a good comment.
Not always. Sometimes it could be a good comment than adding unnecessary details which, in the end, doesn't answer the question given in clarity.
2. I also saw several Newbies with really interesting posts, but most of users are starting the same topic threads, like "Bitcoin vs Gold" over and over again.
Then still you suggested doing so despite of knowing this? So, you will limit this newbies who are making interesting posts (like you said) because of those who are not.
3. Basically unused accounts don't have any affect on the forum, but yes, my idea was to delete those accounts which inactive for months and years.
Think. What if there is a valid reason why they are inactive for awhile and decided to come back using his former account which had the reputation and known contact of him while doing business. So, you will just let him start from the scratch instead of giving him a chance to resume his business?
4. Believe me I know about "Archive" section on the forum, but if you didn't notice it is providing a big cleaning on the forum from last two months and a lot of old threads have been removed already, and it has nothing with removing of shit posts, but probably it has something with shit threads generally.
You know archive but you didn't know what archive is? If that's it then it is understandable.

For me, it is better to adapt to changes rather than complaing about how cool the past was and how things have changed for worse.
Truth be told. It would be far more productive and nicer to dedicate the time in making the forum better today onwards. Past is there but future is coming which will be defined in the present time.
