And the biggest irony is that despite beheading that poor kid, the terrorist never went to jail. The name of the terrorist was Gyulchehra Bobokulova, and the judge sent her to a mental asylum instead of a prison.

Personnaly i have no doubt that russian security forces did their work perfectly. However i agree with you, there is no death penalty in russia anymore ? What s the point of paying for her ife to her death and who knows what happen she may get out again... dead done. A please don't tell me that there could be a mistake... she walked with the head...
