This is one of the major site i am trading and i did not knew that they would freeze your account even after verification and it is taking a really long time to get an answer from them,it looks like the paypal shit and what they used to do,freeze your account if you received any big amount and then you wont hear from them for almost a year,almost all of the cryptocurrency exchanges have shitty customer support as it would take up to three weeks to get a response from any of the exchanges,i will be following this thread to know the updates on whether they are releasing your coin or not,hope they will ask to reverify your details and release your coins.
