Never heard of them but that doesn't mean they are a scam and could of just made a mistake. Look at the scam accusations sub forum here and see if they have any accusations against them and contact their support for help.
As you, i have not heard about this website ever, it seems like an anonymous website. I do not understand, why I can deposit money into such a website.
