I hear Bittrex does not validate documents?
A friend tell me he is blocked at this step, like if form is bugged/does not display on page.

use support ticket system only.
e-mail not working
send one support ticket and wait patiently for reply or solving your problem.
some cases a support member contact you, some cases not but yr problem will be solved.
be patient. support not too fast. they need 1 or 2 weeks for solving, but after when yt problem is still exists just send a reminder with their twitter channel w your ticket number. dont open multiple ticket. dont bagging them too much messages.
