Many of us still wondering how to determine it. But there are few indications that can be an addon that a coin might make it easily to revealed. This topic is open to everyone I want to get your comment of how to reveal a too good to be true ICO so we can be aware of it. Sorry for my bad english.. Thanks 
There are so many threads created in this forum on how icos and altcoins can be determined. For icos I can recommend you a good link which is elaborated very well:- 3 Types of ICOs.And about altcoins the very basic and simple way to find out is by checking out it's volume in exchanges and in which exchanges it has been listed in, a simple due diligence.
I agree, I already have read a lot of thread asking about Altcoins or ICO that are good or whatever but if you are just resourceful you'll find lots of topic about the same thing and would even be more helpful to you than just creating a new topic again hoping someone will repeat what they have said.
