I live in germany and we dont have the death penalty so i can't say much about it.
Sometimes i would say yeah death penalty is good, sometimes i would say no.

Rapist for example shouldn't get the death penalty, they should get in jail forever and not like german jails, more like north korean jails or something.
Murders should get the death penalty but not just a shock. They should pay more for their actions tbh.
