Damned, 137 ! I thought I was quick but I almost missed it 
For my part, this is how I got in :
- the four fields (btc profile, eth address, twitter ID, telegram ID) were indicated in the first post so I prepared the links to be able to CTRL+C/CTRL-V them
- I F5 the topic at 5PM like everybody
- when I saw the /form/blablabla, I directly thought that it was a google form shortened url (as google form is the way for 95% of the airdrop/bounty registrations) that went wrong so I replaced the message before the /form by goo.gl and paste it in another tab.
Nothing really special...
