As I said, I tried sending 0 POS with 0.1 GWEI price - working perfectly

For anyone still having any issues.
Import Your wallet to MEW (https://www.myetherwallet.com/ - by UTC/Priv Keys/etc - ALWAYS make sure it's original one by checking SSL certificate) by clicking "Send Ether & Tokens" -> Click Load Tokens-> For recipient address type same address you are sending from-> For Amount type 0 and choose POS-> Leave Gas Limit as it is-> In upper right corner click on Gas Price: XX GWEI, use slider to specify 0.1 GWEI price-> Click Generate Transaction -> Click Send transaction -> ENJOY

Yeah I found the problem, in first transaction I used too low gas and was rejected, so I didnt get coins, but pos state reset. So when I tried again there were nothing to mint. Will know for the next time.
~snip~Not fully sure about how it works exactly yet, but it gave me more POS tokens..
