I had an address stacking with just one INPUT, my first reward has been entered, and now 2 input appears.
I think the antiquity has been reset.

I am not quite sure of your question without a link to the transaction in the block explorer, however:
When you successfully stake a block and receive the minting reward the wallet will split the original coins + reward into two equal inputs, and the coin-age is reset to 0 on both of the new inputs (meaning that each of those inputs then has another 30 days to mature and stake and split again).
