I can see on page 9 on the whitepaper, the percentage of growth in sales/income. But it doesn't disclose how much they actually sell in $ amount.

This is quite an important aspect towards trying to determine the worth of the token. It's actually THE most important aspect.

Do anybody know, or have an educated guess towards the companys sales income?
