as a "swap" and the creator will dump most of the newebtc
tokens again and the oldebtc remains trading on ethereum
forever, as the oldebtc and newebtc CANNOT be deleted
and burned from the blockchain ever!

You can't debate facts and things that already happened. The swap is complete. AND YES THERE'S A NEW/OTHER CONTRACT..OF COURSE. THAT WAS THE WHOLE IDEA BEHIND THE SWAP. THE OLD CONTRACT HAD ISSUES. DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT A SWAP IS? CLEARLY NOT. YOU'RE JUST MAD BECAUSE YOU LOST YOUR TOKENS SINCE YOU MISSED THE 2 WEEK LONG SWAP ANNOUNCEMENTS.
Vsync coin also did a swap and they had some angry holders as well that called the coin a scam. They missed the notification about the swap and lost their coins. It's unfortunate but when investing in a new coin you have to keep an eye on it. People are just mad at themselves.
