Chicken and egg situation going on.

Nobody is mining, because theres no ROI until the coin reaches an exchange.

Dev doesn't want to develop coin, because nobody is mining.

Coin won't get to exchange until some more work is done by the Dev.

I understand the Dev wants some community involvement, however we're in a crowded market, with coins launching everyday, and Miners need to have some faith that their not mining a dead coin
