No doubt It's a matter of both trust and guts, because price is at the peak by a rapid growth in the past month which is somehow alarming, so we could expect a dip  in near future. But it is a fact that bitcoin have gained the community's trust by quick recovery after every dip, so there isn't any problem if you are willing to invest on long term.
