I get your point and I still hope that I didn't lose the funds. Will try to contact BitStamp and carry this conversation to PM. And I was thinking about sending them to a private wallet first, but then I 'followed' the advice to send the funds from a more verifiable account...what better than a market account eh If I claim I sent those bitcoins.
