When do you plan to be listed on any exchanges?

We expect to listed be on several exchanges following the ICO which could be as soon as next month.

I correctly understood: in a month investors will be able to dispose of the received tokens at their discretion?

We've arranged to be listed following the ICO, so assuming we reach our hardcap within the first week of the public ICO sale, we would be on exchanges starting December, which is the following month. This is just an estimation. Exchanges are not our primary concern right now.
