Betterhash is different than NiceHash. Instead of automatically changing the mined currency to Bitcoin we are creating on our server separate wallets for each currency. You can transfer your XMR to an external XMR wallet at any time you like, and exchange it to BTC at a rate that YOU choose, at a moment that you control. We'll add soon an option to automatically exchange to Bitcoin.
