Just show them how much you made form bitcoin if they see that they will immidatly want to join and understand what bitcoin is than you can just show them a couple of sites and give them advice and they will earn themselves.
Yes you're right if only they knew the benefits you're getting from bitcoin and how much advantages we get from it, they will be the one to search about bitcoin. No need to convince them because they are already interested on what you're doing, they will try to understand it by themselves if they really want to.
