I have no idea if casino will ever accept bitcoin as exchange for chips that is used in gambling.
Nowadays..many casinos are accepting btc.. because many countries are adopted bitcoin as thier regular currency..they used it as ay payment in different things...so it is a big possible that big casinos, national or local are accepting bitcoin as a payment.
There's a lot of casinos accept bitcoin, however this casino's are online. Because if we think there's a lot of people played gambling in the world, it was happen because they want to know how lucky they are.
Therefore they want to try their luck in gambling because they want to know if they earn immediate income, if I'm not wrong most some of them were played in the name of fun but the others were played because of money.
If there are a lot of them really accept bitcoin in the casino then many people who are using bitcoin just go in there and do gambling. In some perception it is okay but maybe some of those would disagree on this.
