I had no issues with baikal. ordered through e-mail. paid with bank transfer. send them the proof. a few days later they confirmed the payment arrived(though I forgot to add my name in description but I guess my name showed up as the originating account) and that they will contact me to reconfirm adress when they are ready to ship.
