Have been trying to purchase since day 1 and at last I get the congratulations green message on the 3rd day, then the website crashed and no coins were transferred to my account. Where are my coins ? Why did this happen ?

I input 184 HBC to buy according to my BTC balance, then got the congratulations in one tab. After that received 502 and 522 website errors in all tabs...
After 20 minutes I managed to refresh the webpage but no HBC in balance.
What other details do you need I will send them to you, but right now I'm getting error 503 Service Unavailable when I try to log in again.
