Everything nice. But why you ask for so much info? For what purposes it will be used? Who are you to know all this data? Why you need to know my name and my address? I don´t understand that.
Are you bank or government structure? I fully disagree to provide all this data to you, without explanation for what it will be used.
We fill up the form and know our information, I do not know why they want our information and who we are and where we come from.

We may not give legal advice or tax advice, but names are required for credit notes which is the legal form that has to be used for sending the bounties to you. Basically as a GmbH (Austrian Ltd) we have to show some paperwork to the government after each year explaining where every little cent went. And in order to do that we need to have a recipient on the credit note. That's what you're filling out. It's not like we're going to sell your data to Google or anything.
Please provide official statement. I don´t think than Austrian policy is much different with German...
And at least you should assure us, that this data won´t be used for other purposes. Or Österreich will inform Deutschland that I get some tokens from you? I am not really sure.. Why we were not informed at the beginning of campaign that you will need our private details?
