You guys can take away guns once you have a constitutional convention and amend the constitution to take away the right. In other words, it's never going to happen.
Besides, the Bill of Rights was set in place to limit Government. Amendment 9 and 10 show that we have all the rights we always had. If we would simply use what these amendments say in court, without using the amendments themselves, and add the jury stuff that the 6th and 7th Amendments say, we could put down any Government rebellion against any of our rights.
