Altcoins take a huge dive in the upcomming weeks of the fork and recover at some point after the fork. Thats the pattern we've been seing. The problem atm is the steady stream of forks thats being announced.
I would assume that the effect of these shitty forks will start getting smaller. The segwit forks have a big effect on the market because they're bigger forks. Smaller (and in my opinion) retarded forks like Bitcoin Gold don't do that much. Bitcoin Gold only affected the market a little bit, and I think most of it was in anticipation of S2X anyway. Is there any other big, actually useful fork coming after S2X?
