I like it too but earning with steemit is really hard. I can't even earn $1 per day. Anyone can give me some tips?
post quality and original content, don't copy-paste from other places and try to make post related comments on other people posts. And no matter what happens, don't beg for upvotes, follows etc. You can also join communities like

And the part of writing good original post in not that true
As far as Im seeing, its hard to spread your posts if youre not already a well known steemit.
And due to the curations system people will vote in posts that will be heavily voted (meaning, from well known posters) and not for the content.
That is a bad thing with steemit. Some posts have more upvotes than views!! Something has to change here. People are after curations rewards and not content.
