Looks like they already have Amazon as a merchant!. See the image on their frontpage:
Surely they wouldn't display a mockup with the Amazon Echo on it if they didn't get the agreement from Amazon yet. Because to insinuate that without consent would be quite unprofessional (and unlawful), especially during a critical time as an ICO.

I am not so sure about this. If they really would have an agreement with Amazon they would have announced it earlier to boost investors, because that would be a game changer for sure.
