Don't you think to release a GUI wallet for win at least without voting feature first? It's enough for start to have a nice GUI wallet for Win platform which people can simply use to send a receive votecoin.
It will be a huge step forward. After that you can make Linux and Mac wallets, after - implementing voting feature. That way you always go up, step by step, not trying to jump through the wall in one step, but day to day you made some progress and simply walk to the top.
