if altcoins wanted to move forward their developers would have worked more on real world utilities instead of more on advertising and pumping the coin to be able to dump their premined coins.
all the rest are just excuses. bitcoin rises and everyone finds an excuse to dump the altcoins. bitcoin falls then they find another excuse to dump altcoins some more.
then the altcoin releases a new version of their wallet and they use that as an excuse to pump it for a week before they dump it again!
if you want to make profit then find those "excuses" that makes them pump or dump the coins and act accordingly

You do know that the team's developers aren't handling the marketing, right? The projects have their own people for marketing and development. Just give it time, development isn't instant, marketing is.
