yeah kinda like that, many people not want to toss some dollar for the one who need. but in the exchange of when we help the one who need, they get too clingy is true. yeah maybe all of us should working and stop clingy to another people. that's what i thought 
It some country people use for the future saving and growth business process. It will affect the other poepol and country. Scam it not good for the other people life.
