Honestly for anyone asking the same question just don't do it. Strike it off as a loss because your likely to rush to try and get it back and end up losing a lot more. I wish I learned this sooner in life.
Obviously if someone has actually faced serious type of loss in gambling then he must not ever try to regain the same amount via gambling. This is because gambling being totally dependent upon the luck never gives the desired result even if a person tries again and again putting some more effort on his behalf.
The best thing to do in such a situation is to look for some other ways of earning whatever you have lost but firstly calm yourself down and have some break before you continue with the methods.
