Are there other threads in which provide signature campaigns? As I see lots of other users that have different Signature not on this list.

This thread only lists campaigns that pay their participants in Bitcoin. There are a lot of campaigns for ICOs that payout in the tokens they are trying to launch. Some of these only give out the tokens if they reach a certain goal of raising money in the ICO and even if they pay the tokens there is no guarantee that will worth anything. I think these campaign threads probably hide out somewhere over in the altcoin section of the forum rather than here in the Bitcoin section.
