It may or it may not be, a week is a very short time and by that time the fork will occur. I don't have any presumptions or premonitions that bitcoin can reach that.

But this dip will not take so long so possible that bitcoin before the fork may recover and will eventually get back again to $7,500.

I'm having some feeling that $8,000 is only possible after the fork and that will be the momentum again for the rise of bitcoin.
