Are you posting a copy? It does not look like watermark paper. Is it a copy? Where is the original?
Rosaccreditation is a state organization, and (it's a well known fact) it takes time for the government to act)
As I have already posted in our newsfeed we had guests from Rosaccreditation on the 29th of September on that very day, whereas the documents came only today (although they are dated 02/11/2017)
